Hailing from California’s Silicon Valley, Mr. Sarnoski finished his undergraduate work at the University of California in 1999. He went on to attend the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, graduating with a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, in 2002.
Besides serving on Law Review, Mr. Sarnoski was a fellowship student at TJSL’s Center for Law, Technology, and Communication, and volunteered to provide pro bono immigration law assistance to foreign political refugees through TJSL’s Center for Law and Social Justice.
After a decade of practicing law in both California and Nevada, Mr. Sarnoski is a career litigator with extensive experience in a broad range of practice areas, including commercial litigation and business tort, insurance coverage and bad faith law, real estate and HOA matters, and personal injury law and defense. His appellate work has resulted in published decisions by the Supreme Court of the State of Nevada. With prior experience at both small specialized law offices and at large national firms, Mr. Sarnoski has been with Dennett Winspear since 2007. Outside of the office, Mr. Sarnoski is a family man, and enjoys outdoor sports.
